Northamptonshire Wellbeing Festival 2021 hosted a virtual event on These Are The Hands NHS poetry anthology last week 🙂

You will see/ hear Katie Amiel and Deb Alma – the co-editors of the poetry anthology

And Khadija Rouf who was the brain behind this event with Arabella Kurtz: both clinical psychologists – and Steve Griffiths

They are reading several poems from the anthology and chat about poetry and recovery and wellbeing
